橡胶专业分析仪MDR3000 Professional利用频率、应力和温度大范围的变化，一次测得胶料在硫化前、硫化中和硫化后的特性；被测材料包括未硫化胶、在MDR3000 Professional中可硫化胶的胶料、生胶以及其他热固性材料。
Utilizing a wider range of frequencies, strains and temperature, the MDR3000 Professional can characterize rubber before, during, and after cure by varying frequency, strain and temperature on one test sample. Materials tested include uncured rubber compounds, compounds cured in the MDR3000 Professional, raw polymers, and other thermoset materials.
特点Features:
? 采用无转子加压密封式双圆锥型模腔设计，上下模具直接加热及空气强迫冷却系统提供快速与精确的温度控制；
The MDR3000 Professional is designed with a rotorless biconical chambers. A sealed and pressurized chamber cavity contains the sample during a test. Forced air cooling and directly heated upper and lower chambers give rapid and precise temperature control.
? 高精度数控马达在大范围内改变侧试频率和应变。下模腔按设定的应变、频率和温度下作振荡，上模腔的扭矩传感器则检测从下模腔经胶料传输来的扭矩反应；
A digitally precisely controlled motor can vary test frequency and strain over a wide range. The lower chamber oscillates to programmed strains and frequencies with controlled temperature. A reaction torque transducer at the upper chamber measures the torque transmitted through the sample from the lower chamber;
