ThePlus is a new model of notebook digital ultrasonic flaw detector with the smallest size and the lightest weight in China. It is upgraded in both the software and hardware of system on the basis of CTS-2000 developed by SIUI and Krautkramer, Germany. It has the features of high sampling rate, large memory, multipurpose function, advanced technology, portability, easy acquisition and control. It is most suitable for work or working high above the ground, and is widely used for ultrasonic flaw detection of welded seams of steel-plate and forgings in various fields such as machinery manufacture, aviation, transportation, petrochemistry and energy, etc. Features: ·The highest sampling rate is up to 240 MHz; the minimum display range is 2.5 mm. ·LCD with backlight and Chinese display, clear and sharp image even in sunlight. High-resolution waveform display of 320x240 pixel under echo extended display mode. ·By modifying the filter, the Ratio of Signal to Noise on the operating frequency 1 ~ 4MHz increase approx. 4dB, and the Detection Sensitivity Surplus is over 48dB. It is applicable for flaw detection of large forgings or coarse-crystal materials. ·There are 3 steps of wave detecting mode for selection: Positive-direction, ·Negative-direction and Dual-direction. ·The unique filling mode of waveform display is suitable for improving the displaying effect of waveform when the probe sweeps quickly. ·The large memory can store 100 pieces of data of the instrument's status and echo images. ·10-points method is adopted to form Distance Amplitude Curve (DAC), which can move up and down freely. ·There are two ways of alarming gate, which can automatically display the sound propagation distance of echo, vertical distance, horizontal distance in gate, as well as the peak and interval distance of echo. ·Work out and print out the report of flaw detection right on the spot. ·There are multi-purpose ports such as RS-232C and I/O, etc., which can be connected with peripheral equipment such as computer and printer, etc. ·Designed with the features of microminiature, super-thin and super-light, it can be operated by both the alternating current and direct current.
